My first tree planting

Happy Earth Day from Sunny Arizona! Quarantine can be tough but days like today there can be lots of fun things to do to support our Planet. My parents and I planted a tree in our front yard over the weekend and today we are adding to our little garden. It can be hard in Arizona to grow things because the sun is so hot but we started a small garden on our front porch and it’s doing great. Today we added basil, onions, mint, watermelon and sunflowers. We planted them from seeds so I guess we will see how it works. The peppers are doing great and even give the birds a little snack from time to time.

Hi Everyone, My name is Alexxandra, Alexx for short, from Gilbert, AZ. I am currently in 6th grade and 11 yrs old. A fun fact about me is I play on a coed league hockey team here in my home state and love it! Cheerleading and Acting are also activities that I take part in as well as Volunteering with a few local charities.
