If you need help there is always someone to listen
Father’s day is this Sunday but it can hard for many people, just like mother’s day can be. Regardless if you lost someone this year, 6 years ago or 10 these holidays can still be a sad time and nothing, no words can replace the feel of loss and grief; even advertisements can be a trigger. Grief has no timetable There is nothing wrong with that. Some people don’t want to celebrate at all while others wNt to honor the memory but regardless whatever you choose; however you decide to celebrate is your choice. It is a personal choice and don’t let anyone tell you the choice is wrong.
