Hi all! Just a quick post to share my joy that July is National Ice Cream month. I just returned from a long week of coaching and supporting a client through her pageant competition. There is much hard work that goes into pageantry (as I know you all know), so it is nice to kick back with some ice cream (or in this case, “froyo”) and relax!
