One thing that I really like to do whenever I get nervous, excited, happy, sad or any other emotion is sit and write about it in my journal. I enjoy doing this because you can say everything you want to say, but you don’t have to share it with anyone but yourself.

Right now, I am sitting on my bed, cuddling my dog Tucker and journaling all of my thoughts and getting all of what I like to call “nerve-ited” (which is a mix of nervous and excited), feelings out of my body and into my journal. My journal says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” but no matter if you are spiritual or not, it is true that you can do anything and everything you set your mind to!

I am so thankful for all of the sister queens I have gotten to know so far. I love reading everyone’s blogs to see what they are up to or how they are making an impact in their communities. So, if you ever feel “nerve-ited” during this time like me, I hope you take the time to write down what you’re thinking or feeling because it does truly help!
