Receiving my National Queen box

I am honestly still in shock that I was chosen to represent the Miss American Coronet Pageant as a national queen. When I received the notice that I was chosen, I called my husband and said, “I’m a national queen”! Needless to say he and my daughters were proud. I can’t wait to see what this year will hold. I’m looking forward to getting out and speaking about my platform, which is promoting a positive body image and raising awareness about eating disorders. As a survivor of both anorexia and bulimia, I think it’s so important that girls today embrace their bodies and love their curves. Thank you selecting me as your 2022 Ms Classic American Coronet 2022!!!!
