Send a Thoughtful Note Service Challenge
Hello, Queens!
This week I sent a thank you note to my school guidance counselor, who recently helped me with an application to the Kentucky Governor’s Scholars Program! Before I became a National Titleholder, I was your Miss Teen Bluegrass State. Kentucky has several wonderful summer programs for students interested in leadership and community service. Thanks to my wonderful family, friends, and school faculty, I gained acceptance into the Kentucky Governor’s Scholars Program.
The program was five weeks long and was a completely residential program at one of three universities in Kentucky. The program connected me with like-minded individuals that have a similar passion for making the world a better place. Needless to say, the program positively impacted who I am as a person. It was enjoyable to take the time and write a thoughtful thank you note to the school guidance counselor that aided me the most.
