Veteran’s Day!

Veteran’s Day is upon us again!  I honor my grandfather Vernon Lee, who served during WWII, in addition to all those who have served this country.  This year, I chose to combine my adoration for the bond between individuals and their pets with my adoration for our veterans and donated to GreaterGood.org.  Donations to this organization go toward sending backpacks (care packages) to homeless vets and their pets.  I have been blessed to experience first-hand the value pets can add to our lives.  If I can help ensure a homeless veteran and their pet(s) have food, a blanket to snuggle together, a chew toy to have some fun with, or some other comfort – I’m all for it.  If this charity speaks to you, please consider donating to GreaterGood.org.
